Tools are provided 'as is', without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Tools work without registration. If you choose to save data by providing your email:
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided
• Your business data (revenue, costs, OKRs) belongs exclusively to you
• We do not access or analyze your individual data
• You can request deletion of your data at any time

The free plan includes usage limits:
• KPI — up to 3 months of history
• OKR — up to 2 company objectives, 3 departments, 3 teams
• Check-in — 1 free per cycle
These limits may change. Additional features may be offered in paid plans in the future.

6. Intellectual property
Atos Arena, including design, code, texts and articles, is property of AtosUp. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative products without authorization.
The data you enter in the tools is yours and remains yours.
